Post-birthday stash Part One and procrastination.

This past weekend was my birthday and I mean this whole weekend was my birthday! The actual day was the 12th, which was Friday. I was surprised by this little bit: Thor shirt (which I have never seen), the JSA Sandman figure, a Spider-Man clock, the anime Zatanna I've wanted for a LONG time now, Silk Spectre (Sally Jupiter) figure, and The Graveyard Book. Amanda and Eric did good!

This is just part one. I have some more stuff to take pictures of, but I'll get to it later.

I'm so behind in columns and pages, it's almost full-blown retarded. So today while I have Trueblood in the background, I'll be working on my Batman: Brave and the Bold review.

Fangoria

I finally heard back from the guys over at Fangoria. They're going to start me up in the following week. I'm a bit nervous, but it's something else to add to the old resume.

Time in my hands

I just thought I would share the cover. The script is going along well, I think. Moving to Atlanta has been a great experience thus far.

My room is just the right environment I needed to help find my center and keep up the positive energy I already have.

SHAZAM!

Guess who get's to do the Best Shots Extra feature on "Billy Batson and the Magic of Shazam!"?

That'd be moi. HAHA!

I owe Caleb.

Color ahoy

I have got the colorist and the first 12 issues planned out. I'm getting business cards made, though I still feel kind of weird. Maybe a little "grown up"? I'm not sure. Things are looking up for the tiny little book that could. I have a few conventions to go to and I'm going to get the PR done for it. Maybe a few prints here and there.

Too bad I can't go to HeroesCon. Downgrade.

My reviews are constant on newsarama. I just wonder how I can do a plug without looking ass-hatish.

DragonCon is just around the corner. Almost done indeed.

what dreams may come

How come it takes insomnia for me to write my best lines, my best pieces and etc. I have heard one has to suffer for his or her art, but this is ridiculous. Hourglass is done. Now just a quick edit later today and well shall see what we need to do, m'kay?
